UNIX Engineer

Role: Platform Engineer/UNIX Administrator with at least 10 years of solid UNIX L2 or L3 experience and help drive the delivery of platform related Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
1 Build & Re-build of Unix servers across all platforms
2 Write and execute Unix shell scripts for various ad-hoc tasks
3 Manage Centrify related administration requests
4 Manage incidents and perform proactive analysis to prevent future recurrence of any incidents
5 Report project status to the project working group and platform management teams
6 Mentor and provide expertise to other project team members

Requirements:
1 Overall 10+ years of solid UNIX L2 or L3 experience
2 Working knowledge of Unix (Linux / Solaris / AIX)
3 Working knowledge and experience with Unix shell scripting
4 Certified and well versed in RHEL, Solaris & AIX
