Real Life Sciences is partnering with a Global Pharmaceutical MNC to support with a Training Documentation Specialist Requirement. This is a crucial role to co-ordinate with multiple manufacturing site teams and assist on development of training programs.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop training documentation
* Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
* Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
* Be a super user of Microsoft PowerPoint to draft and complete Training slides and animations

Requirements:
* BS degree in Education, Engineering, etc.
* Proven work experience as a Training Documentation support
* Hands-on experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint to draft complex training material
* MS Office proficiency
* Strong communication skills
