Real Staffing is supporting a rapidly expanding vascular firm looking to hire a Senior Sales Representative to be based in Singapore.

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for the sales of Peripheral products to hospital channels. The individual will also be responsible for confidently engaging specialists such as vascular surgeons to sell the relevant products confidently

Main Responsibilities:
* Meet/Exceed sales objectives and targets.
* Build strong partnerships with key customers
* Effective management of trade spend and overall profitability of key customers.
* Ensure market returns are managed at agreed levels.
* Attain accurate forecast expectations.
* Provide accurate and timely information for decision making (competition & market changes etc.).
* Coach, support and build team to achieve team goals.
* Other duties as and when assigned.

Essential Requirements:
* 3 years of Peripheral sales experience
* Able to work independently, energetic and highly passionate about work in driving sales growth
* Dynamic person embedded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with abilities to liaise with specialists
* A sense of independence to work individually and as a team player is another attribute you must possess
* Possess own transport
