Senior Sales Manager

SALES MANAGER, PHARMA SINGAPORE

Location: Singapore Type: Permanent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead, plan and direct all sales activities,, driving the achievement of short and long-term business objectives, increased profit and market control in all customer segments;
* Supervise, coach and develop Medical Representatives to ensure they achieve agreed revenue and profit targets;
* Work in partnership with relevant stakeholders to contribute strategic sales intellectual capital that fully leverage market opportunities for the team and ensure these can be translated to viable, field based action plans where quanity and quality are key mesures;
* Establish and maintain an environment and foundation for future sales growth and execute strategies that build a phenomenal sales culture and productive team that has a high achievement orientation;
* Manage the Medical Representatives on a day-to-day basis including setting targets, performance management, coaching, mentoring and career development;
* Coordinate territories and assist representatives in developing field based activity plans based on customer segmentation and targeting principiles to maximise results and prevent duplication of sales efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 2 years sales management experience OR above mentioned fields of study supported by 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Must have experience in specialty care therapeutic areas such as oncology, renal, etc.
* Solid creative thinking and problem solving skills
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Business desirable
* Proven track record of developing high performing sales teams or exceeding sales targets
