Partnerships Manager, Human Nutrition

PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER, HUMAN NUTRITION, APAC

Location: Singapore

Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
* Own, develop and nurture the local relationships with key stakeholders; non-governmental organizations, relevant associations, government and international agencies and private sector partners and customers.
* Own and implement the regional human nutrition strategy and deliver a meaningful and sustainable business impact. Ensure functional teams are aligned to support this delivery.
* Accountable for Asia-Pacific Marketing, BD, sales and Commercial targets
* Excellent project management skills to ensure growth and conversion of business development funnel for the business in the region to ensure future growth targets are met.
* In collaboration with cross sector partners, expand opportunities for the organization forward solutions by developing innovative distribution channels (social enterprises, non-governmental organizations, etc.)
* Develop and manage a portfolio of customer projects in Asia-Pacific that will effectively deliver improved nutrition, in a commercially viable and sustainable way
* Oversee timely submission and successful participation in (nutrition tenders e.g. from public sector partners.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree on Health or Food engineering discipline, or comparable
* Experience working in or with public health/social program, either for a business, non-governmental organization or government entity.
* Good knowledge and experiences on government working ways, ability to conduct advocacy and discuss scientific issues related to food fortification.
* Good knowledge and experiences on related stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally.
* Knowledge of national nutrition policies in countries in Asia-Pacific
* Key skills in project and portfolio management
