Real Staffing is currently working with a Global Pharma MNC and they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their office in Singapore. This position is an exciting opportunity that allows you to work in a regional capacity within a Global franchise organisation team.

Location: Singapore

Duration: 12 Months initially

Budget: Competitive Market Rate

Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of strategic and business initiatives on the brand
* Provide cross functional leadership with project management, technical and commercial teams to drive and execute projects
* Provide strategic thinking to evaluate APAC plans as part of Global plans
* Marketing and commercial team's communication to support financial submission and ideas
* Briefing research, creative and design agencies

Qualifications:
* 6-8 years of experience in marketing and experience with cross functional teams regionally or globally
* Preferred to have experience in end to end execution of regional projects from strategy to execution
* Strong communication skills, big picture orientation and attention to detail are primary skills for this role
* Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity is important
