Key Account Manager (Visioncare)

Real Staffing is supporting a Leading Vision care MNC looking to hire a Key Account Manager to be based in Singapore.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the growth of the contact lens category, increasing wearers' share and uplifting retail sales offtake for the key customers. He/she is also responsible to support the new product development towards successful launches of the company's products.

Main Responsibilities:
* Meet/Exceed sales objectives and targets.
* Plan and execute flawlessly nationwide and adhoc key account promotions, new product launches and other in-store promotions.
* Build strong partnerships with key customers
* Effective management of trade spend and overall profitability of key customers.
* Use sales analytics to identify opportunities for growth and to drive profitable bottom line.
* Ensure market returns are managed at agreed levels.
* Ensure that Joint Business Plan is met and executed.
* Conduct regular business reviews with key retailers.
* Attain accurate forecast expectations.
* Provide accurate and timely information for decision making (competition & market changes etc.).
* Assist in preparation of LRR of new products.
* Assist and contribute actively towards strategic and marketing plans for new products.
* Provide necessary support to the marketing team for smooth transition from new product development to marketing.
* Coach, support and build team to achieve team goals.
* Other duties as and when assigned.

Essential Requirements:
* 4-5 years of experience in similar role, preferably from the FMCG industry
* Able to work independently, energetic and highly passionate about work in driving sales growth
* Dynamic person embedded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with abilities to liaise with eyecare professional
* A sense of independence to work individually and as a team player is another attribute you must possess
* Possess own transport
