Real Staffing is looking for a Head of Supply Chain Japan for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC based in Tokyo, Japan. You will be responsible for the oversight of the country strategic conceptualization & design, operational deployment, S&OP excellence and customer service delivery of Japan Supply Chain operations.

Responsibilities include:
- Main point of contact for the Regional Supply Chain and owner of regional S&OP processes.
- Oversight of the Demand Plan process and owner of local product delivery processes to both patients and customers.
- Support new product launches, regulatory filings, and EOL activities by working closely with the market.
- Ensure that the Supply Chain processes adhere to all relevant GMP and GDP requirements.
- Provide leadership in Regional forums and partner with regional commercial supply chain teams to identify issues.

Essential Requirements include:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Engineering.
- 10 years of Supply Chain in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
- 5 years of leadership experience and strong people management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of supply and demand forecasting in Japan.
