Head of Commercial Excellence

Real staffing is supporting a Leading Pharmaceuticals MNC, looking to hire a Head of Commercial Excellence to be based in Indonesia.

You need to possess a good understanding of the Pharmaceutical market in Indonesia. You would be responsible for engaging with relevant internal stakeholders such as Business Unit Directors (BUD) to implement a Salesforce Excellence programme to drive the business needs and support the sales strategy of the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:
* To focus on Salesforce Excellence and lead the process of segmenting, targeting and developing incentive scheme programs for the sales team
* Driving Learning & Development across Sales and Marketing in terms of field training and competency gaps
* Key account management with regards to partnering top hospitals to negotiate product prices and develop contract proposals
* Utilise segmentation data as well as other external market metrics to formulate the most efficient Sales force structure/sizing and deployment decisions
* Analyse sales force effectiveness factors and propose to internal Business Unit Directors of the remedial actions

Essential Requirements:
* Degree in Business or Pharmaceutical related studies
* Good understanding of the Indonesian Pharmaceutical market
* At least 5 to 10 years of Pharmaceutical experience
* Salesforce Excellence experience
