Real Staffing is currently looking for an Ethnographer for one of our Global Pharma MNC clients to collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential product/service markets, and also steers the innovation process This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Digital Health team in a fast pace environment.

Location: Singapore

Duration: 6 Months Initial

Budget: Competitive Market Rate

Responsibilities:
* Designing, conducting & reporting on qualitative field studies.
* Translating field insights into future products, services, and experiences.
* Participating in and contributing to internal and client ideation sessions.
* Collaborating with designers, strategists, technologists, and others.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Sociology, or any social science discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience conducting ethnographic research projects.
* Strong writing and editing skills.
* Familiarity in Digital Marketing/Digital health will be an advantage
* Keeping an open mind for exciting projects
