A Leading Medical Devices MNC is collaborating with Real Staffing to conduct a search for a suitable candidate to join them as a Commercial Director - SEA

Job Title: Commercial Director SEA
Location: Singapore

The Commercial Director SEA would be responsible for driving the revenue performance for the Direct as well as Indirect markets within the region as well as managing the growth & development of his team.

Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue for direct markets by managing direct and indirect reports by providing strategic direction.
* Drive revenue from Indirect markets by managing distributor performance and ensuring the right support is provided to them
* Work with the senior management to ensure the setting and execution of the regional commercial strategy.
* Work cross functionally with other functions such as marketing, training & education, regulatory, finance etc.

The Successful Candidate:
* A minimum of 10 years in Commercial & Sales positions within the Medical Devices industry
* A proven ability to manage both direct and indirect markets as well as holding a primary PnL responsibility
* A proven track record of leading and managing a large team
