APAC Sales Operations Director
Real staffing is supporting a Medical Device MNC looking to hire an APAC Sales Operations Director to be based in Singapore.

You need to possess a strong analytical mind-set with a good understanding on how sales processes work in the APAC region along with a strong sales track record. Your key responsibility would be to effectively drive core sales and operations processes using the Salesforce tool.

Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct business planning process to measure sales performance
* Maintain accurate sales records and to modify existing sales operations processes
* Create budgeting plans and effectively allocating resources to achieve sales operations objectives
* Monitor operational performance and lead business meetings to recommend changes to operations
* Strategic sales planning, forecasting at regular intervals and analysing all sales operations
* Salesforce Excellence and manage the process of segmenting, targeting and developing incentive scheme programs for the sales team

Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business related fields
* Sales Force Effectiveness/Excellence experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Able to converse in Mandarin for the China market
